Our e-commerce mobile app caters to children aged 4 to 14 years, offering an unparalleled selection of toys. From educational games to imaginative playsets and interactive toys, there's something to captivate every child. Enjoy seamless transactions with secure, flexible payment options, personalized experiences, and convenient order tracking. Make occasions memorable with our gift-worthy options, including beautifully packed gift boxes and personalized messages.

This individual innovative approach ensures that every shopping trip is not just a task but an adventure, fulfilling the dreams and desires of every young toy enthusiast.

Identifying the challenges

Throughout the product development journey, our team encountered various challenges. These included establishing an efficient logistics network to ensure high-quality and speedy delivery, implementing six user-friendly payment methods to simplify purchasing, and enabling order tracking capabilities. However, we successfully overcame these obstacles through seamless collaboration between our team, the customer, and the vendor team.

Driving Business Metrics with Design Impact

During our collaboration, the joint efforts of our design and product teams encompassed a diverse range of operations. These included strategic roadmap planning, engaging in design and technical workshops, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, developing CX/UX/UI design solutions (both new and redesigned), performing testing such as A/B and usability tests, and executing a tech migration to transition from Photoshop to Figma for improved design operations.

We opted for Figma instead of Photoshop to develop and integrate our design solutions (Mobile App design, Design system, New design language).

Our expert team has become instrumental in shaping strategic decisions and driving measurable improvements across operations. Notably, the monthly subscription rate experienced a significant growth of 14%, while the conversion rate from email interactions increased by an impressive 31%, customer retention has risen commendably by 22.2%.

Moreover, introducing a new search feature led to a remarkable surge of 5,680 new searches within just two months of its launch. Implementing a user rating system resulted in an 17.5% improvement in the usability scale, as assessed by new users.
