Big Brain AI is an advanced chatbot generator designed to help users create intelligent, interactive chatbots for various applications. Utilizing state-of-the-art natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques, Big Brain AI enables users to develop chatbots that can understand and respond to a wide range of user inputs with human-like accuracy and relevance.

Our ecosystem includes two products: a platform for creating chatbots and a mobile application where these chatbots can be used. The chatbot creation process is flexible, simple,and intuitive.

For example, if you want to create a mobile nutrition advisor, you can use the CMS constructor to build and configure a chatbot. AI is automatically integrated, allowing the advisor to generate weekly menus, suggest recipes based on available ingredients, and answer dietary questions, such as whether to eat a salad or a burger before bed.

While working on the product, we used standard testing methods and also analyzed user actions within the application. We recorded sessions and examined funnels to identify and address user challenges.

Identifying the challenges

During the product development process, our team faced several challenges. It was essential to create an intuitive interface for users with varying technical skills, ensuring that chatbots accurately understood and responded to user inputs, given the nuances of human language, was a significant hurdle, providing ample customization options while maintaining ease of use was crucial.

Also achieving seamless integration with a wide range of third-party applications was complex, ensuring the platform could scale to accommodate high volumes of users and interactions without compromising performance required careful planning. These were some of the main challenges we faced during the product development process.

Boosting Retention with Interactive gamification

Additionally, the mobile application includes a comprehensive gamification feature designed to enhance user engagement and increase retention time within the product ecosystem.

This function incorporates various game-like elements, such as rewards, achievements, progress tracking, and interactive challenges. Making the user experience more interactive and enjoyable encourages users to spend more time on the application. The gamification system also fosters a sense of accomplishment and competition. It motivates users to continually engage with the app and explore its features, ultimately leading to higher user satisfaction and loyalty.

Furthermore, our analytics confirm the success of our efforts, showing consistent growth in user session duration, an increase in interactive actions within the application, and higher user spending.

In three months, Monthly Active Users grew by 42%, showing increased engagement. The Retention Rate rose by 20.4% due to weekly new features and challenges. Average Session Length jumped from 3 to 14 minutes, a nearly 500% increase, indicating compelling content. In-app purchases increased by 15.1% last month, highlighting popular products and effective pricing strategies.
