The Client
The UAE's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) is committed to delivering an extensive online ecosystem that fosters valuable services for UAE Diplomats, Foreign Missions, Individuals, and Businesses. When we initially engaged with the Mofa team, their mission to improve people's lives through their product resonated deeply with us.
Through close collaboration, our shared objective was to create a remarkable customer experience that brings joy and fulfillment to the lives of our users.

Identifying the challenges
Our team created an ecosystem concept encompassing both a mobile application and a web portal, which was a crucial aspect of our project. It involved interlinking their functionalities and ensuring a cohesive design language. Furthermore, since the web portal bore most of the load, accounting for 80% of the total usage, our team focused on maximizing its customer benefits.
